Agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Bloop (operated by Donghyun Ryu). By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Bloop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
License grant
Bloop is licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Bloop for lawful personal or commercial creative work, subject to these terms and the feature tier you have purchased.
One paid license may be activated on up to two Macs that you use or control. You remain responsible for the activity associated with your license key.
Paid features and activation
Free features can be used without a paid license. All Skins unlocks the paid visual skins. Creator unlocks the paid skins and video export. An All Skins license combined with an Export Upgrade receives the Creator feature set.
Paid access requires a valid license key and may be checked periodically through Lemon Squeezy. Network failures do not promise permanent offline validation, and a license that is refunded, expired, disabled, or obtained fraudulently may lose paid access.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- share, publish, sell, rent, or sublicense a license key;
- circumvent feature locks, activation limits, or security controls;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or modify Bloop except where applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction;
- use Bloop to violate law or another person’s rights; or
- interfere with Bloop’s website, updates, or licensing services.
Ownership and your content
Bloop, its design, code, graphics, and trademarks remain owned by the operator and applicable licensors. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you.
Bloop does not claim ownership of music, background images, or videos you create with the app. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use, perform, record, export, and publish that material.
Updates and availability
A one-time purchase grants ongoing use of the purchased features in compatible Bloop versions. It is not a promise that every future feature, major edition, online service, operating system, or hardware platform will be supported forever. We may change, add, remove, or separately price future features and editions.
Purchases
Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for Bloop purchases. It handles checkout, payment, taxes, receipts, and transaction refunds under its Buyer Terms. Bloop supplies and licenses the software. Prices and available tiers may change before purchase; changes do not retroactively alter a completed order.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloop is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every audio application or device, or that every defect will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloop and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profit damages arising from use of the software. Any aggregate liability relating to a paid license will not exceed the amount you paid for that license. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Termination
Your license ends if you materially breach these terms and do not remedy the breach where a remedy is possible. An approved refund ends the paid license rights for the refunded purchase and the associated key may be deactivated. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will continue.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not remove mandatory statutory rights or consumer protections that apply to you in your place of residence.
